Actor Alec Baldwin and wife Hilaria expecting their 7th child, call it a ‘surprise’

Hilaria Baldwin disclosed on Instagram on Tuesday that she and her husband Alec Baldwin are expecting their seventh child. Hilaria was on a month-long detox from social media. She announced her pregnancy is due in the autumn and shared a video of the couple announcing the news to their family. Alec Baldwin shared the video right after her reveal. 

Sharing the video on Instagram, the would-be mother poured love by captioning the video, “After many ups and downs over the past few years, we have an exciting up and a huge surprise: another Baldwinito is coming this fall.” “We were pretty sure our family was complete, and we’re beyond happy with this surprise,” she added.

On Tuesday, Alec Baldwin, 63, also shared a photo of one of his children eating in a high chair. He captioned it, “If you look at the spaghetti sauce carefully, it says ‘I’m getting another sibling.” Alec also has a 26-year-old daughter, Ireland Baldwin, from his marriage to Oscar winner Kim Basinger. Ireland Baldwin is a model and an actor. 

Moreover, the pregnancy news comes in the middle of an ongoing investigation into an unfortunate shooting on the set of “Rust” in October. When the gun Alec Baldwin was training with fired a live cartridge; cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, 42, was mistakenly killed and director Joel Souza, 48, was wounded on set. In January, the actor stated that he is cooperating with law enforcement. Hilaria Baldwin has remained a vocal supporter of her husband in the months since the tragedy.
