In April, she filed a request with the Los Angeles County Superior Court in Santa Monica seeking a name change as well as a new birth certificate representing her new gender identification.
In the document filed, she requested a name change from Xavier Alexander Musk to Vivian Jenna Wilson.
Xavier said, “I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape, or form.” Musk tweeted in 2020 about transgender persons being able to choose their preferred pronouns. At that time he had said, “I absolutely support trans, but all these pronouns are an esthetic nightmare.”
