Excelsior CorrespondentJAMMU Aug 20 Government of Jammu Kashmir today ordered re-constitution of the Establishment-cum-Selection CommitteeHeaded by Chief Secretary Arun Kumar Mehta as the Chairman the committee shall be comprising Atal Dulloo Financial Commissioner Addl CS Finance Department Vivek Bhardwaj Financial Commissioner Addl CS Health Medical Education Department Shaleen Kabra Principal Secretary Home Department Nitishwar Kumar Principal Secretary to Lt Governor JK and Achal Sethi Administrative Secretary Department of Law Justice Parliamentary Affairs as the Members and Manoj Kumar Dwivedi Commission Secretary GAD as the Member SecretaryThe Administrative Secretary of the department to which the case pertains shall be co-opted as a Special Invitee
