Gareth Bale could also feature in the starting XI for their Copa del Rey 2021-22 quarterfinal match against Athletic Bilbao. Carlo Ancelotti confirmed the news about Bale’s inclusion in the squad. Bale could only feature in the first three games of La Liga 2021-22 but was later sidelined due to an injury.
