Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and National Conference leader Omar Abdullah has targeted Mehbooba Mufti’s PDP and BJP. While addressing the people of Kashmir, the former Chief Minister said that if the National Conference government was formed in Jammu and Kashmir, then Article 370 and 35A would not have been removed from Kashmir.
