Ivana Trump, Donald Trump’s ex-wife dies at 73

Donald Trump’s ex-wife Ivana Trump passed away at the age of 73. She was found unconscious at the bottom of the stairs at her apartment. The authorities are figuring out if she fell from the stairs and if so, was it a contributing factor to her death. Donald Trump shared the news of Ivana’s death on his social media platform, ‘Truth Social’.

Trump posted, “I am very saddened to inform all of those that loved her, of which there are many, that Ivana Trump has passed away at her home in New York City. She was a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing woman, who led a great and inspirational life. Her pride and joy were her three children, Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric. She was so proud of them, as we were all so proud of her. Rest In Peace, Ivana!”

Speaking about her death, the Trump family said, “Our mother was an incredible woman – a force in business, a world-class athlete, a radiant beauty and caring mother and friend.”

Ivana and Donald Trump tied the knot in 1977. However, 15 years after the marriage, they called it quits. The duo shared 3 children, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric Trump.

Years of her career were as a senior executive in Trump’s corporate empire. She was made CEO of Trump’s Castle. Additionally, she assisted in creating the interior designs for the Grand Hyatt Hotel and Trump Tower. Moreover, Ivana Trump launched her own business of jewelry, apparel, and cosmetics after they divorced. In her 2017 biography Raising Trump, she discussed her experiences parenting their kids. She stated that, up until they entered college, she “made the decisions about their schooling, activities, travel, child care, and allowances.” In the book, she also spoke about their divorce, her bond with Donald Trump, and that she still spoke to him on average once every week.
