Mumbai: The Shiv Sena (Team Thackeray) Vs Shinde Sena (Shinde faction), case will be heard today at 10:30 am, in the Supreme Court. The case will be heard by a 5-judge bench led by Justice DY Chandrachud. The development comes after, Eknath Shinde’s camp sought an urgent hearing of cases pertaining to the Maharashtra political crisis. The present CJI UU. Lalit is not part of the bench.

The three-judge bench, headed by former CJI NV Ramana had on August 23rd referred the cases to a Constitution Bench.
