Bhubaneshwar (Odisha) [India], November 29 (ANI/NewsVoir): After months of careful consideration and planning, Odisha's leading real estate firm has successfully opened its landmark residential condominium DN Fairytale Extension to the general public.
On Friday, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) also joined the ongoing investigation into the alleged malware attack, with agencies including the India Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-IN), Delhi Police, Intelligence Bureau, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), already probing the incident.
Various government agencies are supporting AIIMS in bringing back digital patient care services, after the AIIMS web portal's server went down on Wednesday.
With the recent ransomware attacks on AIIMS Delhi, Cyber Expert Pavan Duggal highlighted the need for a new legal framework and said that companies and organizations across the country face a ransomware attack every 11 seconds.
Dr Randeep Guleria was among the key people who led the central government's response team during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. He also played a major role in creating awareness about COVID and the treatment to be followed.
Dr Guleria, who is also HOD of the Department of Pulmonary Medicine and sleep disorders while speaking to ANI said, "it is causing more disability than even tobacco smoke. We talk a lot about smoking, but not about using tobacco. But now the burden of disability has shifted more towards air pollution and even that is causing a big problem than as compared to smoking."
"AIIMS, New Delhi today launched the 'AIIMS Main Hospital Casualty Dashboard' on its website which in real time shows the emergency beds status and the number of patients waiting for admissions on these beds. AIIMS New Delhi has taken the first step to increase transparency," said a spokesperson.
In the meeting, the Medical superintendent and director of other government hospitals discussed about cross reference so that patient can get beds during emergency.
According to the office memorandum issued by Dr Srinivas, the emergency department of AIIMS New Delhi is handling around 600 patients a day which has both critical and non-critical cases.
