Kiev [Ukraine], February 10 (ANI/Sputnik): Kiev does not consider the recent incident with a Ukrainian flag in the Slovak parliament as adversarial but has still filed a protest and demands an apology, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said on Wednesday.
