Goa [India], April 10 (ANI): Apprentice Training School (ATS), established at Naval Aircraft Yard (NAY), Goa, which aims to augment the aviation technical talent pool, was inaugurated by the longest-serving employee of the facility, Rama V Chari on Thursday.
