Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], June 11 (ANI): Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Ramdas Athawale on Saturday said that the gates of development have been opened for Jammu and Kashmir after the abrogation of Article 370 in 2019.
