The Assam Medical College in Dibrugarh has suspended two students for allegedly indulging in the ragging of a Post Graduation (PG) student of the University's Commerce department.
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said that the State government is keen to facilitate Assam Medical College to transform it into a state-of-the-art research institute that deals with new age ailments.
