Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh) [India], October 23 (ANI): Saharanpur district officials on Sunday declared Darul Uloom, Deoband- an Islamic education institution- as an 'illegal' unrecognized madrassa, following a survey conducted by the government submitted its report.
