These predictions include increased attack surface due to digitization, activities of volunteer and cybercriminal insiders, ransomware attacks on critical infrastructure as well as the technical, economic and geopolitical effects on the quality of threat detection and the rise of potential vulnerabilities being exploited by attackers.

Yet only 50 per cent of organizations' leaders are confident that their ex-employees don't have access to company data stored in cloud services, and just 51 per cent are sure that former workers can't use corporate accounts.

New Delhi [India], April 28 (ANI/Bloomingdale): The new Kaspersky report, "Kaspersky ICS Security Survey 2022: The seven keys to improving OT security outcomes," revealed that 30 per cent of industrial businesses tend to switch off their cybersecurity product if it is affecting their production processes or automation systems. Overall, 38 per cent of organizations face such problems occasionally and another 43 per cent have dealt with these issues at least once. This can all be traced back to compatibility dilemmas.
