Exercising before fasting increases health benefits: Study

Utah [US], November 26 (ANI): As the holiday season is coming up, the last thing on anyone's mind is fasting. However, fasting is now becoming a trend for weight loss and better metabolic health. This can be time-restricted eating, periodic fasting or the "monk" fast. A new study by Brigham Young University has found out that working out intensely before fasting can help maximize the health benefits of temporarily foregoing food.
