Patiala (Punjab) [India], December 30 (ANI): Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee president Navjot Singh Sidhu attacked the former Chief Ministers of the state Sukhbir Singh Badal and Captain Amarinder Singh and said that the state has become dysfunctional during their regime.

Chandigarh: Punjab Congress Chief (PCC) Navjot Singh Sidhu on Tuesday attacked former Chief Minister of Punjab Captain Amarinder Singh and said “I don’t want to talk about spent cartridges. If there were mafias during his regime, then who was earning the money.”
Sidhu also called captain a dying duck in thunderstorm, “You’re a dying duck in a thunderstorm, a lost cause. Your wife is not standing with you. Will she quit Congress, will madam Preneet Kaur leave the party?” Sidhu told the media.
