The Delhi High Court on Thursday reserved the order on a plea challenging the notification allowing Sikhs to carry Kirpan while travelling on civilian flights in India.

Goods and Services Tax was introduced in the country with effect from July 1, 2017 and states were assured for compensation for loss of any revenue arising on account of implementation of GST as per the provisions of the GST (Compensation to States) Act, 2017 for a period of five years.
He also pointed out that at the time of demonetisation the currency in circulation was Rs 17.9 lakh crore and today, according to RBI, it is 32.18 lakh crore and actually the currency in circulation has increased.
