The Centre has apprised the Supreme Court that contents related to drug abuse and ill effects of substances such as alcohol, heroin and cocaine have been included in the school textbook prescribed by NCERT and a study is going to explore the possibilities of using drones to destroy illicit cultivation of Opium and Cannabis is being conducted by NCB.
Centre has requested the Supreme Court to pass an order to direct the CoA to submit the final draft constitution for AIFF to the Court by the end of August 23, 2022, and that the mandate of the CoA be declared to be over in full from August 23
