New Delhi [India], July 7 (ANI): The Ministry of Women and Child Development is implementing a centrally-sponsored scheme "Mission Vatsalya" erstwhile Child Protection Services (CPS) scheme, since 2009-10 for the welfare and rehabilitation of children.
