New Delhi [India], December 3 (ANI): Delhi High Court on Friday dismissed the Restitution Application of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) that sought a refund of Rs. 678 crore paid by the company to the lenders of Delhi Airport Metro Express Pvt. Ltd, (DAMEPL), a subsidiary of Reliance Infrastructure Limited, in 2018.
New Delhi [India], September 9 (ANI): In a big win for Anil Ambani's firm, the Supreme Court on Thursday upheld a 2017 arbitration award that made Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) liable to pay damages of around Rs 2,800 crore with interest to Reliance Infrastructure Ltd.
