This was despite getting positive reviews from critics. The film Dhoop Chhaon, which was released across the country on November 4, has recovered its cost. With an average opening on the first day of its release, Dhoop Chhaon touched an approx one-crore mark in its first week.

Before the release, a special screening of the film was organized in Mumbai where all the actors, technicians and many film personalities associated with the film were present. By the end of the screening of the film, almost everyone had tears in their eyes. Everyone had become emotional. Actually, the story of the film is based on family values. The story is the story of today's house. In which the struggle of two brothers has been shown, how to fulfill their dreams by working hard, but at any cost the family should not be allowed to disintegrate.

Preparations are going for the film's release in more than 300 theatres across the country from November 4th are almost complete. Recently, the first song of the film DhoopChhaon was released by Zee Music. The song Ishq Da Rog has become a rage on social media as soon as it is released. This song is sung by famous singers Javed Ali and Anwesshaa, which is being perceived amazingly by music lovers.

Film's director Hemant Sharan and producer Sachit Jain were also present at the event. He has described this film as an important part of his journey, he further said that this film will remind the viewers of Hrishikesh Mukherjee's films.

It is being speculated that the film deals with the story of two brothers and is based on family feelings and values. In the first look of the film, Rahul Dev can be seen in the center and there seems to be a bonding between Abhishek Duhan, Aham Sharma, Simrithi Bathija and Samikssha Batnagar as they are hugging each other. We can sense the 'emotional element' in the poster. The producers of the film are Sachit Jain and Sakshi Jain.
