New Delhi [India], July 20 (ANI): A Delhi Court on Tuesday sentenced the real estate barons Sushil and Gopal Ansal for the period already undergone by them in custody in the tampering of evidence case and ordered their release from jail.
New Delhi [India], December 3 (ANI): The Sessions Court of Patiala House Court on Friday while dismissing Businessmen Ansal brothers plea of 'Suspension of the sentence' in tampering with evidence in the 1997 Uphaar fire tragedy case, stated that the polluters of the judicial firmament are required to be shown no leniency to maintain the sublimity of the institution, and recourse faith in the general public in the administration of justice.
