The Division Bench of Delhi High Court on Thursday reserved the order on the plea moved by former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray challenging the Single bench order that rejected his plea against the Election Commission's order for freezing the symbol (Bow and Arrow) and the name of the Shivsena political party.
The police report said, "After going through the video and other records, they could not prove that the former minister has intentionally insulted the constitution or its architects. The reports say that they also got a legal opinion on this."

Convict Kiran Kumar sought this interim order pending disposal of the criminal appeal filed earlier by him challenging the sentence delivered by the trial court in May. He also sought to release him on bail.
