Dhaka [Bangladesh], March 26 (ANI): High Commission of India in Bangladesh pays solemn tribute with a blackout of the Chancery complex to honour the sacrifice of untold millions of Bangladeshi people killed and women assaulted during 'Operation Searchlight' 51 years ago, said the Mission in Dhaka in its statement.
