New Delhi [India], August 18 (ANI): The Delhi High Court's Division Bench on Thursday asked the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) to approach the single bench while disposing of the appeal challenging the Single bench's order which stayed the guidelines issued by it restraining levying of service charges on food bills by restaurants and hotels.
