Assam Cabinet on Wednesday approved a bill to create a Safai Karamchari Commission and decisions related to providing financial benefits to pregnant women, monitoring drug prices, protecting Safai Karmacharis' rights and filling up vacancies in Forest Department were also taken in the meeting.
