New Delhi [India], February 7 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Monday pulled up Tripura Police over the notices sent to people for social media posts about alleged communal violence in the state despite its interim restraining order and cautioned it for "harassing" parties against whom police sent pre-arrest notice.
