Thimphu [Bhutan], April 29 (ANI): After meeting the King of Bhutan, Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar admired his vision of transforming Bhutan and termed it a key aspect in shaping the 'unique' partnership with India.
