New Delhi [India], October 20 (ANI): In a scathing attack on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday accused the Aam Aadmi Party government of "stepmotherly" treatment to the erstwhile three Delhi civic bodies to whom it owed Rs 40,000 crore.
