Tehran [Iran], September 25 (ANI): Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei made his first public appearance last week since falling ill earlier this month, however, it has now triggered fresh rumours about Khamenei's ill health prompting a round of questions about who might eventually succeed him, media reports said.
