New Delhi [India], January 25 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Tuesday agreed to hear on January 27 the petition of Maharashtra Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Nitesh Rane challenging the Bombay High Court order which rejected his anticipatory bail plea in connection with an attempt to murder case lodged in Sindhudurg district last month.
