On Wednesday, the Special Court directed the court registry to return Aryan's passport.

According to the court’s direction, Aryan had visited the NCB’s Mumbai office on November 5, 12, 19, and 26 and December 3 and 10.Mumbai: The Mumbai High Court on Wednesday allowed the plea by Aryan Khan seeking modification and clarification of some bail conditions including weekly attendance at Narcotics Bureau Cell related to the cruise ship drug bust case.
A single-judge bench of Justice Nitin W Sambre said that Aryan Khan will have to appear before the Special Investigation Team of the NCB in Delhi as and when summoned, provided a 72-hour notice is given by the Central agency.

New Delhi [India], November 21 (ANI): Reacting to the Bombay High Court's recent order in the drugs-on-cruise case, senior advocate and Rajya Sabha MP Mahesh Jethmalani said that the case against Aryan Khan and others was grossly exaggerated which raises the suspicion of attempted extortion from the accused.
Mumbai : Bombay High Court has released an order stating ‘no conspiracy’ in Aryan Khan case. The order states, “No evidence of a conspiracy between Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha to commit drug-related offences.”
The Bombay High Court has stated that nothing objectionable was found in the WhatsApp Conversations between them. “There is hardly any positive evidence on record to convince this Court that all the accused persons with common intention agreed to commit unlawful act,” the order read.
