According to Police, the students are from PGF College of Nursing, Suryapet and were going to Nalgonda for appearing for an exam. All students are currently out of danger.
The Armed Forces Flag Day 2022 was celebrated at the Directorate of Sainik Welfare in Hyderabad on Wednesday and all the ten Regional Sainik Welfare Offices in the State with the help of ex-servicemen, their families and NCC Cadets to commemorate the sacrifices of armed forces in defending the territorial integrity of the nation.
All eight medical colleges were inaugurated by KCR from Pragati Bhavan in Hyderabad. The eight new medical colleges are established in Sangareddy, Mahabubabad, Manchiryala, Jagityala, Vanaparthi, Kothagudem, Nagarkurnool and Ramagundam. The classes for the MBBS first year in all these colleges started simultaneously on Tuesday.

Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) candidate Koosukuntla Prabhakar Reddy is currently leading the Munugode bypolls with 26,443 votes after the four rounds of counting while Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Komatireddy Raj Gopal Reddy is trailing with 25,729 votes in the assembly constituency of Telangana's Munugode.
TRS leaders said that Election Commission should respond to the news that officials were giving leaks from the counting center to the media. It is demanded that the officials themselves give the details to the media immediately after the completion of each round of counting.
"In Marriguda, two groups gathered and alleged against each other that they are not from the same village. Immediately the police intervened and dispersed the two groups. The situation is under control now," Nalgonda SP Rema Rajeshwari said.
