New Delhi [India], May 2 (ANI): The Delhi High Court on Monday issued a notice on a PIL challenging the construction, operation and maintenance of upcoming commercial shops, retail space, food court, and multilevel car parking facility by demolishing/razing the Primary school (in existence since 1927) on Bank Street in Delhi's Karol Bagh.
