Budgam (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], October 23 (ANI): Budgam Police on Saturday rescued four families comprising of sixteen members of nomadic community stuck in heavy winds and snowfall at higher reaches of Nagbal Yousmarg in Badgam district in Jammu and Kashmir.
