Singh who was missing from many days suddenly appeared in mumbai to join investigation in extortion allegations made against him. On Wednesday, singh appeared before mumbai police’s crime branch unit 11. Param Bir Singh was declared a “proclaimed offender” last week by a magistrate’s court in Mumbai.
