Lhasa [Tibet], August 31 (ANI): Head of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Michelle Bachelet is set to step down after her term ends on August 31st, however, her silence over Tibet issues throughout the four years of her term as OHCHR is termed as uncertain and inconsequential, despite the repeated request from the people of Tibet to address the issue on a global platform.
