Mumbai : Narcotics Control Bureau’s officer Sameer Wankhede’s father Dhyandev K Wankhede has filed an FIR against Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act for falsely accusing Wankhede family on caste basis. The complaint was lodged with the Assistant Commissioner of Police of Mumbai’s Oshiwara division. NCB leader Nawab Malik has recently claimed that Sameer Wankhede was born Muslim but had produced forged documents to get a government job.
