Ranchi (Jharkhand) [India], July 5 (ANI): The Jharkhand High Court rejected the petition of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi requesting it to quash the cognizance of the lower court in a matter where he allegedly made a derogatory comment on people with Modi as their last names.
Ranchi (Jharkhand) [India], May 13 (ANI): Jharkhand High Court on Thursday has given relief to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi against the warrant issued by a lower court for his alleged controversial remark against the then BJP national president Amit Shah during the 2019 Lok Sabha elections in Jharkhand's Chaibasa.
