Kaziranga (Assam) [India], September 27 (ANI): Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday said that the State government should shed its conventional role of a regulator and perform as a facilitator to help different stakeholders to bring about a paradigm shift in the development of the state.
