New Delhi [India], September 10 (ANI): Rajya Sabha MP and the Communist Party of India (CPI) leader Binoy Viswam has approached the Supreme Court opposing the petition filed by BJP leader Subramaniam Swamy seeking to delete the words 'Secular' and 'Socialist' from the Preamble of the Indian Constitution.
