Cooch Behar (West Bengal) [India], August 2 (ANI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday expressed grief at the tragic death of 10 pilgrims in an accident in West Bengal and announced an ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh each for the next of kin of the deceased from the Prime Minister National Relief Fund (PMNRF).
