Amateur Avani Prashanth is a multiple winner on the WPGT and is now 10-under for two rounds. She is 10 shots ahead of the second placed Gaurika Bishnoi (74-70).
The win for Gaurika comes at the right time ahead of the Women's Indian Open next month. Gaurika also moved up the Order of Merit to fourth place ahead of Jahanvi Bakshi. The top three spots are occupied by Pranavi Urs, Hitaashee Bakshi and Seher Atwal.
The Gurugram-based golfer Nayanika has also finished fourth, sixth and seventh in three other events apart from the second place finish in the 10th leg.
Three players, amateur Vidhatri Urs, Sneha Singh and Ishvari Prasanna carded 1-under 71 each, while two other players, Nayanika Sanga and Shweta Mansingh scored even par 72 each to be tied sixth
Seher, who started the day one shot behind Pranavi, caught up with the leader at the turn. Pranavi, playing with Seher, birdied the sixth, as did the latter.
The 19-year-old Pranavi, a three-time winner this season, led by two over Seher Atwal, who showed a welcome return to form with 1-under 68 at the Par-69 course.

Tied with amateur Sneha Singh at 3-under for the week with three holes to go, Hitaashee birdied 16th and 18th, while Sneha bogeyed the 18th. In a matter of three holes, Hitaashee had a comfortable win by three shots.

New Delhi Jan 31 PTI An inquiry panel set up by the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights to identify the challenges faced by children in conflict with the law about legal aid services has sought submissions from stakeholders over the matterThe deadline for written submissions is February 12Considering that several organizations and individuals have reached out to the commission asserting proclivity to assist the inquiry panel the commission has decided to formally invite written submissions it saidThe Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights DCPCR also said selected organizations and individuals may be requested to depose before the inquiry panelThe panel had sought submissions from organizations and individuals involved in legal aid work for children and adults advocates and NGOs working for children in conflict with the law advocates with experience of representing such children families of such children and the children themselves existing or former juvenile justice board members and legal aid lawyers According to DCPCR the inquiry involves assessment of awareness of the legal proceedings and status of the cases and inquiry among children alleged to be in conflict with the law and residing in observation homes places of safety and special homes in DelhiThe inquiry panel will look into the duration of their stay in these institutions along with the reasons and will identify the issues and challenges experienced by such children in securing bail or release and their experiences with the police It will also assess the demographic profile of the family of such childrenThe inquiry panel is headed by Justice Madan B Lokur retired and has three other members -- Sunieta Ojha Sneha Singh and Ajay Verma PTI SLB NSD NSD
