Panji: The annual sunburn festival that happens in Goa stands canceled this year which is bad news for music lovers. Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant made a announcement today morning, stating that no permission will be given for holding the festival this year, which welcomes attendees from the country and around the globe.
