Guwahati (Assam) [India], February 5 (ANI): For the first time, an exclusive leopard counting census in Assam's forest and non-forest areas has begun in the leopard density areas of Amingaon in Kamrup district under North Kamrup Forest Division.
Kamrup (Assam) [India], February 5 (ANI): Assam will carry out leopard census in a phased manner. A first-ever leopard census is being taken up in the North Kamrup forest division, with the counting work launched on Friday in the Sila range area of the district, which will gradually progress in the coming days.
Amingaon (Assam) [India], January 30 (ANI): A first-of-its-kind Leopard census in Assam's forest and non-forest areas, initiated by North Kamrup Forest Division in Amingaon will kick off from January 31.
