Astana [Kazakhstan], October 20 (ANI): The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) has opened an election observation mission for the November 20 presidential election in Kazakhstan, following an official invitation from the national authorities and in accordance with its mandate.
