Watch: People take tractor rides to Bengaluru airport as rains flood roads

Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport saw chaotic scenes throughout Monday as roads near the airport were waterlogged due to heavy rain.

As taxis and private vehicles, on their way to the airport, were left stranded, passengers, were forced to take tractor rides to reach the airport to catch their flights.

Videos, showing tractors ferrying passengers, have gone viral on social media.

The downpour brought in immense miseries to passengers as roads around the airport was heavily flooded and there were no modes of transport operating on the roads.
