India’s coronavirus lockdown has thrown the lives of millions into chaos, however, some are trying to find ways to keep themselves sane during this difficult time. While a lot of celebrities from the film fraternity are advising people to stay home, actor-singer Andrea Jeremiah is one such actor, who has been constantly trying to spread positive thoughts. In a recent post, Andrea tells her fans that the lockdown period may seem very difficult but there is always something to be grateful for. Talking about it, she reveals how this lockdown has indeed been a blessing and lists three things that she is thankful for.

Taking to Instagram, Andrea posts a picture of her from one of her stage shows, and wrote, “Good day everyone. Too often in life, we get so caught up with what’s going wrong that we forget to be thankful for all the blessings. But when life forces you to hit the pause button, it also gives you a chance to hit the reset button! Gratitude is a way of life. No matter how bad things may seem, there is always something to be thankful for. So whenever you feel down about something, quickly list a few things you’re thankful for, and think about the first thing you wanna do post lockdown.”

Revealing how she felt over the last three weeks, Andrea tells her fans that she feels gratified for her morning cup of coffee, a good night’s sleep and learning how to cook. She further adds she is cherishing some really good moments during this lockdown period. Her Instagram post’s caption further read, “Here is my list! 1- I’m grateful for my morning cuppa coffee 2- I’m grateful for a good night’s sleep 3-I’m grateful that I’ve finally learned how to cook!”
