It is definitely a proud moment for Kannadigas when other people want to be a part of our culture and way of life.

Starting with the gorgeous Juhi Chawla, who performed for an item number in Ramesh Aravind film Pushpaka Vimana. The song ‘Jhilka Jhilka Re’ was a massive hit and to date is listened to by many.

Did you know that in the film Amruthdhare, Amitabh Bachchan did a special performance? If in case you really wanted to see him on-screen again. Don’t worry, this year he has collaborated with Ramesh Aravind for his film Butterfly to give a voiceover in the film. Fingers crossed to see the legend in some meaty Kannada roles next year!

After working in over 180 films, the super-sensational star of Bollywood, Sanjay Dutt will be marking his debut in Sandalwood with the most-anticipated character of the year, Adheera in KGF: Chapter 2. Take a look at his first look and stay tuned for the film to release sometime next year!

While he is known for working in entire South India except for Karnataka, this dashing actor marked his debut this year with Shivanna’s Rustum. His dedication was proved when he apparently learnt all his Kannada dialogues and wanted to do his own Kannada dubbing! Isn’t that pretty cool?

Even though Suniel Shetty’s roots are in Karnataka, isn’t it surprising that he has never worked in even one Sandalwood film yet? But don’t worry about the upcoming release of Pailwaan a few days from now, you will see Anna in a meaty antagonist role. I don’t know about you, but I am super excited to welcome Anna to Sandalwood!

Marking her return to Sandalwood with KGF: Chapter 2 alongside Sanjay Dutt is the beautiful yesteryear actress Raveena Tandon. She was last seen on the silver screen as the lead in the 1999 film Upendra.

Famously known for his Bhojpuri films and negative roles in Bollywood, Ravi Kishan made an entry into Sandalwood alongside Kichcha Sudeep in the blockbuster film Hebbuli. Here’s hoping he would be back soon to entertain us more.
