AR Rahman’s Niece Rushda Rahman Ties The Knot In Chennai; Photos From Ceremony Go Viral – PICS

AR Rahman is a legendary composer in the industry. He has created some iconic pieces of music and has left us going gaga at him. He is currently making the headlines but the reason is not his music. AR Rahman’s niece Rushda Rahman has tied the knot with Altaf Nawad. They are a newly married couple now. The wedding ceremony took place a day ago i.e., on December 9, that too in Chennai.

The new bride has shared multiple photos from her wedding reception on her social media account. Taking to her Instagram stories, Rushda Rahman shared multiple photos and acquired a place in the headlines. The wedding ceremony was attended by the family of the musician and he himself also marked his attendance at the ceremony. Not only this but Tamil Nadu’s Chief Minister MK Stalin met the couple and extended his warm wishes.

For an unversed, Rushda Rahman is the daughter of senior artist Rahman. The actor also got married to Meherunnisa in 1993. Speaking more of her, Meherunnisa is the elder sister of AR Rahman’s wife Saira Banu. In the photos shared by Rushda, we can see her dolled up in the wedding attire while her husband looks dapper in his traditional sherwani.
